I don't feel they spend much time at the property
AHS got on this just as soon as I notified them of the problem. And when it turned out a motor had to be replaced, the company they recommended, not only diagnosed the problem, but had a replacement in their truck, so the problem was fixed right away.
Service has and continues to be Excellent! Knowing that if an appliance needs repair or replacement, HomeShield has us covered and excellent work.
