Service was prompt, service tech was knowledgeable and attentive to my particular situation
AHS is a great home warranty company. I have used others in the past and their contractors aren’t the best. We have used AHS for our washer which turned out to be a plumbing issue. They smoothly transferred the work order to plumber. Issue was fixed very quickly. Microwave died, they replaced it. Sink was leaking bad it was fixed in a day. And just recently it got cold and furnace just stopped heating. I put in work order online at 9am. Efficient, prompt, reliable. About 3 hours after I filed a claim, I got a call from an AC Company and made an appointment for the next day. A couplr of hours later they called and said they could come out that same afternoon. They came, found the problem and fixed it. Great service!it.

I feel like AHS does everything not to replace anything. I've had problems with old hearing and air conditioning units and instead of replacing it's always a quick fix only to experience the same issues 1-2 years later.
