prompt service in scheduling, professional, courteous service contractors
Overall service has been good. There have a few times communication has been ruff. Agents do not communicate in English very well and is frustrating to have explain over and over again. Overall once I get to a person that understands and is willing to provide good customer service it works.
The contractors that AHS have signed with them seem, at this time, to be very good.

Just a quick phone call and a repairman came out and fixed our garbage disposal. It now works like new. The repairman was prompt and very courteous.
