I was skeptical about a home warranty, American Home Shield was recommended by friends. My first and only use thus far resulted in a quick resolution to our, out of service, air conditioner. We paid a set rate and our AC was fixed quickly and courteously.
Easy process to have a check done on the furnace for minimal cost. Technician was fast and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.
