We have used AHS twice since moving into our home in 2018. Our experience in both instances was very good. AHS contacted the service providers and the services were completed in a timely manner by well qualified people. Being new to the area, AHS made it much easier to get someone to resolve our issues.

Mario and staff from Hero’s Plumbing were great about scheduling an appointment and following through with providing good customer service. They take the time to inform the customer of the problem and how the correction will be made. They go above and beyond in getting the job done and fixing the problem. If it is out of their expertise they will inform AHS and make the proper referral to the right agency to fix the problem. Thank you Mario!

AHS recieves a 3 star rating. the customer service reps are very difficult and time consuming to communicate with. often it takes 5 to 7 days longer to get a service request completed because the ability to communicate in English is very poor and you cant be transferred to an english speaking american to resolve a contractor issue. I have been a customer since 2001. the service has dramitically deterioratored over the past 4 years.
