As with all insurance policies, you hope you'll never need to use it. We did need to use our AHS policy and have really mixed feelings about it. The initial home visit was quickly scheduled, but of course, that was just the first visit to diagnose the problem. Every serviceman that is sent for repairs has been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They each assessed the problem. knew what needed to be done, and did it quickly and without any fuss.
We have no complaints other tan waiting on the phone for summiting a claim
AHS was very efficient and quick in processing my request for service. I was contacted the same day by the service provider to schedule an an appointment. My plumbing issue (non emergent) was quickly and expertly resolved the following day by an an technician.
Have always had someone call us to set up an apointment the day of claim or the next day. Very prompt.
I am so thankful that I have had Home Shield for three years! The first year I had to have my wash machine, dish washer, and refrigerator all repaired!
