We had a great experience with Dreamwork Development . We were having our kitchen cabinets resurfaced and just thrilled with the results. The owner of the company always showed up on time and if he was going to be late, I always got a call. His crew of men were terrific. They showed up on time and cleaned up there mess daily. Had trouble with my dryer. Very pleased with the response sending service person and resolving the problem.
We had an issue with our washing machine's door and scheduled an appointment with HSA online. Once the service company was assigned, I read their reviews and realized that they have many negative ones. So I called HSA and asked them to change the service company. The lady I talked to gave me a few company names and patiently waited on the phone for me to read their reviews. I finally picked one and she re-scheduled our appointment with the new company. It was easy to ask for service online. Then it was super fast they called us that day to let us schedule for our bathroom leaks. They guy was available the following day and got the job done quickly. He was also polite and clean. We appreciated it all so much.
Blower on ac/heater went out, submitted workorder, repair company notified me within 5 hours, were fixing it the next day. Repairman very friendly and completed his work in a timely manner and haven't had any problems . recommend this company for any ac/heating problems.
We used AHS for a kitchen plumbing problem and the dishwasher in 2017. The companies provided prompt, efficient service. I only wish that there was a company in our local area (Tacoma/Lakewood), that could be used. Website worked well.
dryer quit working and was not repairable. I purchased a new one and was compensated by American Home Shield.
I like having the warranty on my appliances, but I don't like that they replace your appliances with a lower quality appliance and when you have to call, you will typically be on hold for almost an hour.
