The serviceman was at my house to repair my dishwasher . Extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating to my time frame to get the job done
The service was good. The parts took long time and there was no communication for ETA of those parts.
They changed recently to requiring payment before dispatching work order. I provided a credit number for copay of $75 which was accepted and work was done to my satisfaction. Now I am getting dunned by AHS for non-payment if my copay, which if I hadn't paid they never would have given work order for service. Very frustrating to get dun emails currently, make them stop!!!
My refrigerator wasn't cooling. Called AHS they assigned a company to come out, the company was within the time they were suppose to be here. Fixed the problem maybe took half hour. My refrigerator has been cooling ever since. Very happy with the tech that was dispatched. Second time I've had to use AHS and have been very satisfied with the outcome of both. Relief to know that I don't have to put out a lot of money fix an appliance or purchase one. Wouldnt be without it.
So far all our claims were satisfied quickly, professionally and to our complete satisfaction.
I've never experienced any difficulty in the 7 years I've been a customer. Timeliness, courtesy and professionlism are 3 words that come to mind. The staff are always so friendly. I would recommend AHS anytime. I've recommended AHS to several co workers and they've been pleased also.
I sent an email giving my problem. AHS was in touch with me very fast! Then I received an email from the plumbing co. They had set up an appointment. They came out on that date, inspected my problem and installed a new garbage disposal unit. Always receive great service anytime something happens!!!!
I contacted AHS on line on a Sat afternoon regarding our water heater. I received a call from the plumbing company on Sunday to set an appointment for Monday morning. The plumber arrived on time. The water heater needed replaced. The first available appointment to replace was the next morning. The plumber arrived with a helper, again on time, to replace the water heater. They were done within an hour. A half hour later I had hot water. Fast, Easy, Convenient! What more can I say.
its an expensive service but nice to have.
