Timeliness has been inconsistent over the years. We have had some great service and some that was less than good. There has been some language challenges with some of the service companies we have worked with that lead to a lot of frustration. We have been a customer for 19-20 years and don't always think that you are covering enough of expenses for fixed or replaced equipment. I love American Home Shield! Ever since a friend of mine told me about them I signed up with them and have been using them for almost 2 years. The only thing I would like American Home Shield to send out letters to customers to let them know when the contract is about to expire. Not every one remembers the expiration date.

They acted on my service request and had a HVAC contractor at my home within a couple of hours. The contractor recommended a total replacement and America Home Shield ok'd the replacement right away. Such professionalism from both. High quality businesses.
