We have had to make a claim a few times, and every time it's been a smooth process
Copay for A/C Freon too much. Other than that I think that AHS is worth the premium I pay each month.

When there is a problem customer cannot talk to someone in department whose responsible for work being performed so becomes very challenging sometimes to get work done. Have to go through too many people.
