I liked that someone wad here in a few days to service my HVAC unit. The tech found the problem right away, fixed it & was gone within an hour. Great experience.

We were told that the HVAC issue we had was a pre-existing condition so there was really no financial help. However, the Customer Service was good.

I like that everytime I need their service, they repley fast. Every serviceman that came for our problem have been the best. I haven't problems that haven't solve and I have no gripes. I'm happy we got American Home Shielde!
