Haven’t had really any big problems. The only consistent issue is follow up after service. I’ll get an email from AHS saying my work is completed, even if a part needs to be ordered and installed. I can’t contact the provider, I have to contact AHS and they will set up a time for the provider to return but the provider never seems to know this. But everyone is very nice and polite and seems to try and solve any issues I have.

Used this company for 11 years never any issues always came out asap when something was not working .I moved and tried a new company they were much cheaper and d took weeks to come out.i switched back to ahs paid the extra and had peace of mind.when you buy a new home things mysteriously break ahs fixes everything inckuded in your package which is awesome.after 3 years..
