Have used American Home Shield for two different houses. First house in Stockton. Had to make a call when my AC was not working. Hard to test that in the winter. It took a week to get a tech to come service it but that was faster then if I tried myself because I did call around and check. A heatwave does that. So no issues on that. I had it for the second house I purchased and currently live in. Used it twice in 18 months. I like the fact that it took no more than two days to resolve the problem. The service provider came out the same day that the claim was filed. The next day the claimed was approved and fixed. Amazing!!!
