They were GREAT! when I put a service request in for my pool pump, I received a reply back in no time at all! They sent out "At Your Pool" and the replaced the motor with a new motor and got it back into service in no time flat!

It just depends on what goes wrong as far as the appliance simple things like washers and dryers are easy but major appliances take a lot more time.

Mostly good experience.Very quick and easy replacement of our appliance. The selection of choices for replacement was extremely limited even in color, but we were able to find a comparable model that was acceptable.

Always get resolution in the end and there are no hidden cost. The reasons we wouldn't give 5 stars are: 1. You can't choose your own service people 2. There's a time delay before the service people come to the house to evaluate the problem and 3. The service people don't seem to stock or have quick access to what seem like common replacement parts, so there's another delay while parts are ordered.

AHS has proven to me to have the ability to have qualified service technician and they handled the Minor and Major of any problem around our Homes
