Prompt service, and techs were adept in capacity and did really good job!! 2 thumbs up! AHS has made significant improvements since my initial membership as customer service was lackluster and Reps couldn’t speak English, additionally wait times were upward of 50 minutes. Now those issues are solved and we are very happy with service . 2 Thumbs up!

AHS responded quickly following my phone call however, the HVAC company assigned was overloaded. The good news is that the HVAC technician was honest and very knowledgeable, mg AC unit was repaired and running again in short order; very pleased.

I've had some really great service and some non-existent service with poor communication
