I don't like the off-shore customer service and it seems like I have to fight for every little thing or threaten when I make a claim which isn't that often.

The technician was professional and informative. He began trouble-shooting the problem and was able to quickly take care of the issue and had the AC back working.

Some good, other frustrating issues such as your failure to give us refund of $800 since March 2022.
