The repairs take took long and if the contractor reports to you that the problem is caused by me then you and the contractor is off the hook
I have had 2 claims in the past 3 years. Both times it was very easy to make a request for maintenance and scheduling a time for repairs fit into my schedule without a problem. The service companies were friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. Both times saved me from paying a large repair bill. AHS is the best choice I’ve made for my home and peace of mind.

They do not use local company's . they repair many times before replacing, I am a realtor and I do recommend them to clients
