Jim Cutler, who guided me through the entire process from beginning to end was consistently calm, informed, and cordial. He explained everything to me clearly so that everything made sense - and no surprises ever came my way. We had numerous, long, unhurried conversations. Jim went the extra mile to have a conversation with my financial advisor on the East Coast, which I valued greatly. At closing, Jim came to my house in Salt Lake and brought cookies. My experience was not merely excellent; it was also a happy one, too.
Not only is Jen a dream to work with, but her whole team makes everything completely effortless for their client!! I cannot get over from beginning to end how smooth all the steps of paperwork were for me! In years past I feel like I had to do most of the hunting for a lot of my info.
