I've worked with Gina for more than a decade on my mortgage needs. I've tried other banks to test the market, but find the best deal is with Gina.Gina and her team are very responsive to questions and try to be proactive (e.g. - not waiting for underwriting feedback) by suggesting additional info to move the process along.During my last mortgage refinance, Gina saved my family nearly $600/mo. The deal closed in less than 30 days and even had someone come to my house for final signing.

I have worked with Gina on all of my home purchases and refinances and her team is amazing! They go above and beyond to help make sure that the process is as smooth and easy as possible. I live out of state and working with the team over the internet was SO easy! They made sure that I understood everything, and were very quick to respond to all my e-mails! Kenton and Land Home Financial were wonderful to work with. It took us nearly 10 months to find the "right" home. Kenton was patient and understanding. We appreciate Kenton's no nonsense approach to lending. We would highly recommend his services to anyone in the market for a lender.

Gina is wonderful. She did great work on a refi, and a new mortgage. I would recommend her without hesitation. She helped set up a home equity line of credit so that I could rent my current home, and got a great rate for my mortgage. She always responds promptly to questions and is very pleasant to deal with.

Having Kenton work on the finances of my home purchase made it very easy and smooth. At no time did I feel that my time or questions did not matter. When I did have a question, it was answered promptly. Everything was thoroughly explained and I never felt confused.The process starting with an overview of my needs as well as what I could afford helped immensely when it came to deciding if a home was too expensive or not. Gina and her team were AWESOME! I started my mortgage loan process with a bank, spent about 3 weeks with the run around and then my oldest Son refereed me to Gina. It was such a turn around from the bank process and Gina is so knowledgeable. I met with Gina once in her office and then rest of the communicating was phone and email. Working with Gina and her team was tremendous. They did an excellent job keeping us informed of the process and timelines. We were promptly notified of documents requiring electronic or wet signature and kept apprised of any missing documentation needed to keep things on track. Uploading documents was straight-forward. We had gone through a different Lender previously with a horrible experience. We switched to Jordan and closed on our 1st home In just over 30 days, from start to finish. He was not only Professional and Honest but also A+ with his knowledge and responsiveness to any questions we had. He made us aware of where we were at every step of the way.
