A++++ they had a team of people working together to make our loan go through. Best mortgage company I have ever worked with. Stayed ahead of the game and gave us a leading edge. In this market you need a mortgage company that has their act together. APMC has a great system that spells success in today's difficult market.

Gina explained things very well. The only challenge was too many emails from different people asking for the same things. I was out of state and dealing with a very emotional issue and this became very frustrating. Gina stepped in and helped smooth things out. Otherwise, all was good.

Gina and her team did a wonderful job. I've been in the business for over 30 years so I know what to expect and that is......there's always something, big or small, that goes sideways. Not in this case. We had a month to close on our new purchase and in this busy time that can be a challenge. Everything went smoothly, we were well informed, we closed on time and had the keys in our hand on the scheduled close date. We couldn't be happier with Gina and her team.

Gina and her team were fantastic in helping us with refinancing our home. They were quick to respond, and timely with their requests.
