THEY DONT HAVE POOL PUMPS HERE, SO DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE!!!! ------------ Today April 27th before 3:46pm, the Owner Bridget told me that they dont have pool pumps of a pool we bought here a few years ago. But to come NEXT YEAR TO BUY A PUMP. Without opening the computer to see which pump. I asked to speak to an owner, she said she IS the owner. ------------ THIS BUSINESS WILL NOT LAST LONG. * They do not have pool pumps this year, but they say they will have some next year! THAT'S WHAT I WAS TOLD!

I will never use American sale for anything ever again. I was sold a pool by Casandra from the Bridgeview store. She was on top of every question I had and even called me on her day off.. and was very enthusiastic about making the sale. She told me via text (so I have proof of all of this) that my pool Would be installed last week of May first week of June the latest! I ordered a pool back in May it was delivered in the time frame they gave us been waiting on installation for over a month have called and left several messages I have emailed several times with no response I have NEVER been treated this poorly. Customer service is a joke they tell you the same thing over and over. I understand with COVID-19 installations are backed up but can only use that excuse so many times. We purchased a pool from here in early May. We were told that the pool would be dropped off in 3 days and would receive a call for installation three to five days later, with installation running three weeks out from purchase. The drop off was on time, but we never received a call for installation. We tried calling, emailing, calling the store and corporate. We never received a call back. This place is full of it. They delivered the pool on time and verbally stated it would be installed with a few (2) weeks. Then it changed to go out and find your installer off the list. Out of the choices no installers returned our phone call. The other was booked through September. Now we can find our installer and the A.S. will reimburse. Well. It's a disaster, excuse after excuse - no organization. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend American Sales to anyone! Their installer Sergio left my yard a big mess. Said he would be back the next morning to clean up. Not true! I bought them lunch and gave him a very generous tip. Wish I hadn't. Customer service is awful. Bad experience all the way around!!

I was looking forward to have a pool for the first time! I am sorry to say that I would have never bought a pool from American Sales if I know that they have no customer service. I've been calling for a week straight and leaving voicemails and emails trying to find out when my pool will be installed. They told me I will get a phone call within one week after the pool was delivered. It's been over two weeks and still no call from anyone. I cannot believe that people get out of work at five come home and go to American sale to get supplies for their pools and they're closed. Are you telling me social distancing can't work at the pool store. There must be getting kickbacks from the government it's the only thing I can think of. Pathetic Aqua pools American sales all closed up tighter than a drum. In my opinion for no damn reason.
