I have been dealing with American Sales for over 9 yrs. I purchased a new pool from Cindy and over the years she has been my go to person for furniture, Xmas tree and pool hardware and supplies. Always willing to help and provide me with professional advise. My pool (new filter) cleaners etc. have kept my pool running like I was a professional. Other staff is always helpful as well. I would recommend this store for all outdoor needs. Pool, furniture etc...

Went shopping there for an artificial pre-lit Christmas tree with snow the other day. They have a lot of them with a great variety of types and sizes. They also have a ton of other Christmas decorations, you name it: those darn Inflatables, lights, trees, lit statues, flags, too much to list here. Staff was pleasant and competent. Didn't do a lot of price comparisons but they looked similar to those I saw at Best Buy on the Internet but here you actually saw it live. We have been going to this American Sales since be purchased our over ground swimming pool in 2000. I have never wrote a review for this store before, because it is pretty much you know what you are going to this store for (pool supplies) and sometimes Christmas (can be pricey sometimes for that). We were not sure about getting a pool and didnt like the sales people we had to deal with BUT then we came into this American Sales and met Dave!!! I can not say enough about Dave. He was very patient with us (I should say Jeff) never pressured us and loved his sense of humor. Our pool was installed but had a few questions and he was willing to answer more questions. Customer service was awesome and cant wait to use the pool. Thank you again Dave you are awesome

So,I've seen two reviews about customers not being able to use the restroom...I did,no problems! The guys in pools were great,they went the extra mile for us with everything! I believe the managers helped get us an even better price on our pool package! Unfortunetly due to problems with our town(electric lines,etc) we have to return the pool! The sales manager Lance has been very understanding of our sucky situation,and arranged for the company to pick everything back up,along with the approval of the store manager Daniel... read more

Rude, rude, plain rude. Every time I buy something there which is not too often I leave with a bad taste and the people that work there all suck. They act like they're doing you some big favor when you're paying good money for the products and God forbid you have a problem they just blow you off. Don't buy anything at the store very ignorant people work there. After you pay for the product they will not deal with solving the problem. Final or not.

February 2025-April 2025: four service calls later, with technicians coming out and doing work - finding the leak, but then wanting to charge me overtime to fix it. 2nd service call refused to do the work, 3rd same, fourth fixed a leak but clearly not all of them as the hot tub still leaks. Won't give you an arrival time, I spent 4 days waiting for an American Sales technician to not fixed a hot tub they came out to do. What kind of business model/scam is that? Thank god I work from home but how is anyone with office hours... read more

Well they had no problem taking our money but the installer did not put a part on the pool so we could hook up the filter so we couldn't fill it. Many phone calls and texts 5 days later we still do not have the part . No apology- just you have people ahead of you drive 45 minutes come pick it up . I spent over 4K gee maybe fed ex it ? Oh and don't bother to fill in the bird eye survey they send they don't post the bad ones ! Thanks for garbage service Jessica ! My family bought an Intex pool 24x12x52 with sand filter system on 6/22/2022. When we bought this pool we were told it came with a 2 yr warranty as well as the filter. This information was also inside the box in the manuals. Last week my filter started to make a really bad noise. We called American Sales and were told to call Intex. We called Intex 3 times and argued multiple times because according to Intex American sale is not an authorized seller of theirs, therefore we have to go through American Sale.
