Just purchased a pool. Had to wait a month for it to be delivered and installed. Installatiin took three days because they were initially very late, and had to stop in the middle of putting up our pool to go and start someone else's. Then, it was installed without the cove that we paid for. When we called the store to ask about the cove, my husband was told- "yeah, we don't have any of that right now". Things are great until after you make your purchase.
