They went above and beyond every step of the way. Every person we worked with took their time answering questions. They delivered our swing set before the delivery date and set it up exactly at our time. It was truly refreshing to have a company work so seamlessly from start to finish and be so incredibly kind for every step. Best experience with a company in years.

Salesman was easy to work with. He was not pushy, answered all our questions. The installation crew was great. They arrived on time. They were well organized. The crew was very patient with us figuring out where the playset should be positioned. Very pleased with the quality of the playset too.

My salesman was able to assist me quickly in buying a hot tub quickly that fit my requirements & at my price point. Then the delivery department scheduled it based on my need for a Saturday delivery. The delivery and installation of the ozonator that I ordered installed into my hot tub went quickly and smoothly! I have purchased from American Sales for many years and theyve always been consistently reliable and professional! I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with our 4/29 wicker patio furniture purchase from point of sale to delivery. Sales person ***** B was great to work with and was main reason we ended up buying at American. Gave us individualized service, wasn't pushy and worked with us to come in on budget. Delivery date came as promised so we have all summer to enjoy.

Outstanding service from the moment I walked into the store to purchase my hot tub. I knew nothing and they were so very helpful. Delivery was great and the guys did a wonderful job of placing my hot tub where I wanted it and explained main features. I then called the store for questions about chemicals and received very helpful info.
