I had a Corvana hot tub cover installed. 4 employees came to install it. They were great. Very professional. Cleaned everything up and definitely knew what they were doing. Great job by all of them. I have purchased many items from American Sale and I will continue to do so as anyone I dealt with is very professional and *************************

Perfect, the communication was great the sales clerk an older woman mrs.******* went through more of every question that you would think of and did her customer service and that is greatly appreciated, GREAT JOB AMERICAN SALES please keep it up

Stopped by American Sale today to look for a lounge chair for our patio. They had a great selection. *** was so helpful! She was extremely knowledgeable & funny!! Will definitely go back & will ask for ***, she was WONDERFUL!!!!

The service was great. I dont know why there are so many complaints about the phones not being answered. Every time I called someone answered and addressed my concerns. I ordered some patio furniture and two of the chairs were defective. They quickly exchanged them without any problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My whole experience was great from my sales person at the store ***** she was very knowledgeable polite and patience.. she help me with ideas until I decided on which gazebo I wanted to order.. she has great customer service skills.. my delivery came as stated **** and another guy came put my gazebo together very quickly and was very professional. I am enjoying my gazebo this summer and I am very happy with my purchase.

Staff stayed later to help me with a purchase The salesman was honest, upfront and not pushy *** made eye contact, shook hands after the sale and handled himself professionally I would be definitely going back to this store *********************** made the experience worthwhile!
