Great experience buying a play set with them. Very smooth and quick installation. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is I was under the impression the leveler blocks were included. Not till install day for I find out they are extra. Other than that, great company!

********* was fantastic! She helped us with everything we needed, offered options we didn't consider or know about, and did not pressure us at all. We felt bad for taking all the time from her day, but she was happy to spend as much time as we needed with us. Cassy went so far as to rearrange displays, carrying furniture items around an over others, and combine items from various displays so we could see what we were visualizing.Various other staff were also helpful putting all of the furniture back in place after we were fi... read more

Great experience throughout the entire hot tub purchasing process. From the very beginning our salesperson - **** - was super helpful and never once engaged in high pressure sales. Quick turnaround for delivery and the delivery staff were also helpful and courteous. Finally, when some of the jets weren't working another sales person took the time to troubleshoot with me (turned out a simple fix was all that was needed). Would wholeheartedly recommend American Sale to anyone else in the market for a hot tub!

Very pleased with the Entire Experience, beginning with the Sales person in the Store, the correspondence regarding delivery and installation date. The delivery and installer called before arrival was very pleasant and did a terrific job the day of install. Thank you

Our experience was great. We began our search for a new hot tub from American sales towards the end of 2021. *****, our sales representative, was knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to plan the delivery of the hot tub when the weather was more cooperative. The crew that took the old hot tub away, and set up the new hot tub, was efficient and respectful.
