I went to the **************** store and the gentleman in the spa department helped me ordering filters. I wish someone would've done that the week before when my husband went. Someone told him he had to wait for the shipment to come in. Now we have a few extra trips to the store, but the gentleman and the cashier were very friendly and helpful.
Great quality of merchandise excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Delivery was on time and when promised. This company seemed to pride themselves on customer satisfaction. We had interaction with manager and sales ***** and each time everyone involved took care of all our needs and requests and questions. This is a very reliable company.

Wanted to acknowledge the Manager at the *********** store, ****** "*****" ******. He was extremely thorough in explaining the pool product we were interested in and provided a lot of insight on pool installation with the contractors through American Sales. Howie is the person to see for all aquatic purchases in the store!

The store staff was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The process to get the gazebo my mother wanted was easy. We opted for delivery and installation. The installation date was approximately 3 weeks after purchased and completed on time and with professionalism. My mother absolutely LOVES her new gazebo.
