RecommendedWe have been looking for 3 years to buy a hot tub. After many stores and revisits, Steve reached out to me via email. I mentioned the tub we keep looking at, every time we walked into the store. Steve was a wealth of knowledge, an enjoyment to talk to and I did not feel any pressure at any time to make a purchase. I also have to mention the 4 gentleman that delivered the hot tub. They were quick and informational they said they would be in and out in 30 minutes and they were.

Great experience! Steve was very helpful, customizing our patio set, purchased “ala carte”. We had a prompt, and courteous delivery, and the quality of the cast aluminum table, chairs, and 11 foot umbrella is great.

That store and staff are amazing and treat us like friends and family! Sam, Burnis, Steve Clark and Chuck are awesome! People need to understand that when getting a pool installed, that it’s never a precise date for install. The world doesn’t revolve around you and your pool purchase only, there are many other customers besides you. If you don’t want the headache that comes with pool installation, don’t buy a pool.

We were in Friday evening close to closeing. Chose a couple of Christmas items, but then my husband saw some Halloween Lemax items. Veronica and Boyd were very helpful. We were able to purchase some of the items, and they had the original box’s. They were very pleasant and professional. We will be back.
