I like how they do all the leg work involving the settlement of accounts. I dislike how they take fees from you for every thing they do. And they try to force you to drag out the length of the program. I was told it would take approximately 3 years. Adam A was the consultant that assisted me through the process. He was very polite and treated me with respect and was sensitive to my situation. His kindness allowed me to go through this difficult situation with my dignity intact.
Help with resolving overbearing credit balances. Timely offers that they have received to negotiate a lower balance and those offers sent to me are handled timely. One thing is they require any communications to be sent as PDF or JPEG formatting and I had submitted as JPEG but I was corrected and was asked to send as jpg or pdf Because they cannot accept emails. It was not in an email format except my submission.
2 months in and I’ve received my first settlement offer! As of right now I am pleased with my decision to go with Americor. Everyone has been courteous, professional and prompt in answering any questions I may have. I was current on my cards and loans but drowning and I knew with retiring in 7 years I needed to be in a better place financially. I made a great decision when going with Americor! I’m sleeping at night now and not drowning in debt every week. I see a glimmer of a light at the end of the tunnel already!
