I am so glad to have had Robert M. as my agent. He is very knowledgeable and informative about the entire process. It is a process to go through, but I got myself into this mess and he is assisting me to get out of it!! The welcome call at the end was short and sweet and the adorable young lady that assisted me helped both sign me up in the app and for the orientation call with the CEO of the company. Not many companies can offer that.
