I would rate zero stars, if I could. I live in the Las Vegas area. AmeriGas close the location in Las Vegas. I have been so unhappy with the terrible customer service over the last couple of years. This company is price gouging they’re charging me $4.99 per gallon in their competitors are only charging $2.89 per gallon. Absolutely terrible company. Overpriced, dishonest, impossible to contact, ignores your propane tank to the point it leaks all your gas, and ignores picking up the tank after cancellation.

We received an invoice from Amerigas even though our account has been closed for two years. Now we are fighting with them to have the invoice removed. We switched to Propane Ninja two years ago due to all of the other problems we had with their service. Do not do business with this company. Their horrible service could be haunting you for years.

I have been a long term customer of Amerigas. I had a local office that I would pay my bill at. During the COVID lockdown, they had a sign that people could no longer go into the office but they had a slot in the door. There was an Amerigas employee outside that said it was ok to put my payment/bill thru the slot. So I did that 2 or 3 times during COVID. Absolutely horrible. This is the most dysfunctional company I've ever had to deal with. Overseas call centers. INCORRECT billings!!!!!!! Horrible customer service. I was a new customer at the end of March 2023. They gave me an introductory rate of $2.059 per gallon. Was billed $2,000 in three separate invoices. The first bill should have only been $800 for 400 gallons of fuel. Weeks of more incorrect invoices with overseas call center I had enough and switched to Holtzman Propane.

Do not use this company. Find a local company who has actual people you can locally speak to. We just had our tank filled 45 days ago for over $800 and now our regulator has gone out and we can’t sustain pressure putting massive amounts of stress on the equipment using it as it’s constantly cutting on and off. They want $300 to send a technician to do a 30 minute swap on their leased equipment. That’s $600/hr for labor. Amerigas used to be a good company to work with. The last few years have been very painful to ask for service. They are full of lies and promises that never come true. They charge you for everything even to instal their equipment, and they charge you double to remove their equipment. The lied to me 5 times and each time I waited for hours and nothing, called costumer service and the calls go to india, so why they call amerigas, they should called the company Indiangas. Don't use their service. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR

Today's date is January 6, 2023. This is the second time doing this, and another complaint has been filed again. I paid $373.85 for 80 gallons (303 liters) of propane to be filled in my 150-gallon (568 liter) tank, with 27% already left over from my previous delivery, which was 100%. They came and filled my tank only up to 75%, which they only filled up 48% of, so 32% of propane is missing. I called three times today to make this complaint at Amerigas. This company is beyond awful. Their customer service is a joke. After assuring me some erroneous fees would be removed from the account, they still appeared on my invoice. After calling monthly for over 7 months to only be told the charges would be removed, they are still there. There is blatant refusal to address the issue that I was told would be resolved. Worst company ever!!
