I am being harassed by Amerigas after payment was made demanding payment. I have given them confirmation number and date paid multiple times and they are too stupid to get it right!!! Pathetic way to run a business, I thank God that I keep records!! Maybe Amerigas should hire me to keep their records straight!!

They are terrible as a company that you have to rely on during the winter! They have now initiated a tank rental of $ 230 for the year, and my tank was so rusted I find it hard to believe somebody would charge for something that looked that bad. I always asked them if I was getting their best price and they assured me I was. Last year when I filled up they charged me $ 4.145 per gallon and this was before bad weather. If this could be zero stars it would be. Amerigas is awful to deal with. I have an empty propane tank that I have been trying to get them to pick up for over 3 months. I have made numerous calls to them explaining that it is a hazard for my grandchildren to have this tank sitting in the yard. Their customer service reps seem to understand the situation, but it never goes further than my phone call. Made the mistake of using them once. Keep trying to charge me for a $319.99 fee that they said was waived (in writing). Months later after many calls to their customer non-service department and a credit card charge-back, they still haven't fixed and continue to bill.

Tired of the horrible customer service they have provided. I am trying to get them to pick up their tank as I have switched providers and was denied. The tank is in my yard and they're still trying to bill me for a service I do not want and cannot get rid of.

Terrible Company. We called to see if we could increase our 120 gal tank to a larger one. The said they’d have to send someone out. He visited for a couple of minutes and we received a bill for $200.00. Our complaints were ignored. Costumer service Reps were difficult to understand and we never received an answer to our complaints. Please don’t use them.

Worst service. Had automatic delivery but still to constantly call to get gas or run out in the middle of winter. Close account in January and now in June I get charged a pick up fee. Mind you the tank sat in the yard for six months. A tank that Amerigas never delivered and has been used for 20 years and gone thru 3 has companies. Terrible service, more concerned about every penny they can charge you. If you have a choice always choose the other gas company and never amerigas.

I have been trying for 5 years to get them to pick up a tank we have been leasing. They just sent us a new contract- which we did not sign or authorize- saying we owned it. Of course if we own it then we have to pay for tank removal. Sneaky sneaky

WORST company to deal with. Have been trying to change name and bank account info and keep getting run around to call customer service and they give you a number, which is the same number you just called. Then was told to email the document showing I had POA for my mom and still have yet to receive a reply. Tried logging into my account and now I have been froze out and not receiving the email to "change password". Multiple times have tried to obtain information so that I can correct this account, but no one has bothered to ... read more
