They were very patient and helpful with the process while we were grieving the loss of my father. They went out of their way to deliver my father's remains when I couldn't because I was stuck at home with my children during COVID-19.

It was really easy to make the arrangements, the online forms were quick to fill out, staff was friendly and efficient. They delivered a package with a certified death certificate, which makes for one less step, information sheets, and CPP applications. I had phoned another place to compare prices, Amherst is much much cheaper but they do not compromise service.
