ATMOSPHERE: Maybe one day I'll eat at a restaurant again and be able to fill in this section. SERVICE: Delivery was timely and the food was well packaged. No leaks or spills, and some noodles were kept separate so as to not get soggy before arrival. Much appreciated! FOOD: I love Massaman curry, and they do it soooo good! I've been eating at Anchalee for years and for me it's one of the best Thai restaurants in the Bay. Reasonable prices, generous portions with a lot of protein (many pieces of tofu which is much appreciated!) and veggies too, great flavors, friendly service, accommodating if you want to make some modifications to your order. The curries, the himapan tofu (warning - spicy!), and the noodle dishes are all consistently good. I can't speak for the meat dishes but for a vegetarian, you can't go wrong here!

I've been eating at Anchalee for years and for me it's one of the best Thai restaurants in the Bay. Reasonable prices, generous portions with a lot of protein (many pieces of tofu which is much appreciated!) and veggies too, great flavors, friendly service, accommodating if you want to make some modifications to your order. The curries, the himapan tofu (warning - spicy!), and the noodle dishes are all consistently good. I can't speak for the meat dishes but for a vegetarian, you can't go wrong here!

The world is chucked full of pretty okkkkay Thai food. Passable Thai food. Shruggable Thai food. It is very difficult to find Thai that is holy sh*t excellent. Look no further, yelpees, welcome to Anchalee's table. Literally throw a dart at the menu and order. You cant go wrong. I got a noodle dish with prawns. It only had 3 prawns. And it didn't have very many green beans either--the main vegetable in it. Disappointing.

The food was very good. It was delicious and tasty and we'd come back for it. But the service leaves alot to be desired. We ordered appetizers and some of our group ordered soup and salads as their main entree. The appetizers came and were delicious. But then the salads and soups for half of the table were served. No one cleared the table of the appetizer plates, and immediately, it was clear that the main entries for the others weren't coming soon. So Thai food is built around 5 tastes. Unfortunately omelet one dish came even close; the mango salad had all but the bitter. Colorful, light, complex. Delicious. The same could not be said for the very brown and one note pad si ew and basil pork, the latter so salty almost inedible. We will try again as the mango salad was promising but will avoid two of our favorite dishes.
