Kathy was very helpful selling our house during a very difficult time in our life. She was patient beyond belief dealing with 2 sellers who were not getting along and helping to reach agreement between us on the sale of the house. She sold the house for close to the asking price unbelieveably quickly. I think she more than earned her commission on our sale!
