I have worked with Andra for several years as my first property manager to selling my home 10 years later. Her and her team are a dedicated and professional team who will go out of their way to ensure the best experience in buying or selling a home. Following the hurricane, Andra and Kathy helped me locate contractors to replace my roof and for other repairs. Not living in the local area, having their expertise and connections made the process of selling my home stress free.

Andra returned to my home the same day because I accidentally fell asleep before my Top Gun Realty appointment. I wanted to sell my home fast because it was my Pensacola vacation home and I only was in town 6 weeks. She had the right idea for a quick sale. I got $1,500.00 more than my asking price. I am a resident of Ohio and if I want to buy again I am going to contact Top Gun Realty.

Kathy was very helpful selling our house during a very difficult time in our life. She was patient beyond belief dealing with 2 sellers who were not getting along and helping to reach agreement between us on the sale of the house. She sold the house for close to the asking price unbelieveably quickly. I think she more than earned her commission on our sale!
