Very wick and easy refi.
My refinance loan was closed. But PENNYMAC has not even funded my loan. I am still paying and a active client for my previous lender. Also, at first, it was nothing down. But then I had to muster up $1,100 at a last minutes notice. No real excuse or explanation. Just "error".
The process was painless, and my questions were answered in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with.
