I started off working with this lender 10/2017 developing a relationship. I was not able to obtain financing right away due to moving states and switching jobs however, I wanted to begin creating a relationship with a lender who knew my goals. I am a young investor with student loans and Andrew told me I had to pay off some debt to increase my score, so I did. Working with Andrew and Becca has been amazing. Not an email or phone call goes unanswered within 30 minutes. Great customer service is hard to come by but that is not the case when dealing with Andrew and team. Communication , exceptional. From the beginning of the process to obtain a new mortgage, Andrew and his team were attentive and confident in what was needed to make sure I was approved and we were able to close within a matter of less than a month. I am difficult to reach and speak with on the phone and they worked around this challenge to make sure everything went smooth and right on time! and very Friendly too!!!
