Being new to the process, I thought it would be overwhelming. Andrew was patient to walk us through each step outlining what would happen ahead of time. From start, Andrew kept us in the loop what kind of rate we are getting, what will be the closing fees. Also letting us in advance to submit documents in given time frame so as to meet time line!! He also made sure appraisal was done in in timely fashion. He was also informed us what are our options if appraisal did not come as expected (fortunately, it did). will do business again with Andrew in a heart beat!!
