Beat experience I’ve ever had with loan process.
The process went very smoothly it was almost too easy. Angel was awesome and I really appreciated her help the whole way through all the way up start to close.
Trying to access the documents on the website was very difficult at times. I had to contact web support on more than one occasion.
This is our 3rd refinance with pennymac and i have nothing but great things to say about each time. Loan team was very professional and I liked that Evan Souza our LO was very down to earth. Always explained everything well. Andy was always right on top of everything. Thank your team
