I initially came to Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon to get service done on my car ( 2013 rogue). I was bombarded by Neil in getting a car he chose. I was forced into the car after letting him know that I could not afford the car or insurance. Before I left the lot I found out the insurance was too high. Kent the finance falsified the insurance. He also signed my name on some of the paperwork. I told the sales guy Tewon that I could not get the car and that I was going to leave it on the lot. Don't go here, don't trust these people. Their cars aren't any good. Their service center is worse. They lie to you, they have poor communication and they have substandard practices. I bought a new used 2015 minivan from them just 2 years ago. It immediately had problems. In those two years, the warranty I had covered nothing, that it had problems with. Warning: Get an independent inspection before buying here. I was sold a vehicle that turned out to have no brake pads and seized rear calipers — making it unsafe and undrivable. I was told it was roadworthy and was not offered the opportunity to get an outside inspection. Buyers should be aware: paperwork doesn’t excuse selling a car in this condition. Be cautious and bring a trusted mechanic.
Absolute worst and most unprofessional experience today. We set up a time to come look at a Honda Odyssey van a couple days ago. The lady called yesterday (6/20) to make sure we were coming to drive and buy the van. We told her yes, we were coming. Headed down there from Kokomo, a hour and 20 minute drive without all the construction, in 90 degree heat. After paying down payment and signing paperwork the people at Andy mohr failed to disclose the radio was going out every 3-5 minutes. Not to mention battery was dead and could not test drive or anything before paying had to wait until next day and wouldn’t know the radio went out until husband left the lot. Salesman said radio was working before they changed the battery but gm said it shows in their computer it was having issues but again failed to mention before we paid. Do not buy from them!
