My mom purchased a car from here. The very next day her transmission went out and started having engine issues. The car even stalled on 267 with my children in the car. Alvin Santana said he would fix it and ended up saying he wouldn’t. They even blamed her for turning off the check engine light! You need a special tool for that! Crooks!!! She is currently out $8,400. Her car is currently being worked on at Goldsberry’s in Clermont where he said he’s had several Andy Mohr Nissan cars come in with similar issues. We recently traded in our 2021 HR-V with 34,000 miles in it for a 2020 Loaded Pilot with 84000 miles , we had to pay taxes and for warranty. Anyway, it’s only been 3 weeks, we had a leak called them up, they looked at it said they couldn’t find anything. We brought it home still finding leaks on cement. Had a horrible experience with the Service Department. Service Manager was there and did not even come to speak with me. He did however give instruction to his associate of what to tell me, standing less than 4 feet away. They did not address the issues. They did suggest a part fix for something that isn't even malfunctioning. I attempted to reach out to the Dealership Managment for clarity and to express my concerns with their customer service. Do not go to any Andy Mohr dealerships, especially this one! A few weeks ago I purchased a dodge charger. I was pushed out of the dealership as soon as I purchased it, which seemed a little sketchy, Took the car to a AutoShop to get a once over on it and instantly had to drop $900. I was told the - lights were wiped so that I didn't see any of the lights before I purchased. A total scam. And then a week later, two tires went flat just sitting in my driveway. Financed a car from there and got it home, next dayfound out defroster doesn't work and check engine light on. Contacted dealership to see about getting fixed and was told no. Not covered under warranty.
Service team was not professional i was supposed to get rental car and never did get it was given the runaround. To top things off they lost my wheel key and they didn’t bother to replace it. Was very pissed and disappointed.
Buying a car here was a very disappointing experience. They were pushy and not customer focused. Their only goal was to get the best deal they could get for them and not me. I look forward to buying a car somewhere else next time.
Not knowledgeable enough about the vehicles they’re selling on this car lot
Do not recommend because of lack of integrity and poor customer service.
