Brand new Nissan Frontier 2022 had ABS issues. Dropped off at scheduled day/time early in the morning. Service tech thought I was there for an oil change. Showed him my appointment text and photos of the dash light errors. Truck was not looked at until the following day. I was informed parts were 4 days to ship. I was told no courtesy car was available. Checked back in 4 days later and still no courtesy car. Took my car in for a diagnostic. Asked what the cost would be when setting the appointment. Was charged 15% more. This was for diagnosis of problem (basically just checking service engine codes) no work was done, just diagnostic.

I’m April, I purchased a 2005 Pontiac Vibe from your dealership. The next day the battery was bad and the car wouldn’t unlock plus one of the tires went flat. After I called, your dealership towed the car in and got it unlocked and replaced the tire. Last week, the vehicle bent a piston Rod and is junk now. Andy Mohr used to be a name that made you feel like it was the most trustworthy dealership to go to, but I feel like that reputation has expired. I purchased my car in Feb 2022 with a 3yr/30,000mi warranty. Great initial experience. However, that changed when I had to bring it back for service twice due to noticeable issues such as vibration in the floor as well as the steering wheel, engine whines when accelerating and clanking noise while moving in reverse. Very slow service when you come in as a walk in. I arrived at 10 am to come in to fix a front headlight electrical connection issue and get a oil change. They said that it would be ready by noon, only to discover at noon that there is a issue within my engine that I decided to postpone for later. I continued to wait 5 hours after that to do a simple connector replacement and replacement on the front head lights bulb and didn’t leave till 5 pm. My husband and daughter went as I am in a wheelchair. My biggest complaint was financing. Instead of just calling the company that financed our trade in the agent called 10 other places first and finally called our original loan company. This not only took hours of waiting all the checking and checking etc dropped my credit score 10 points. I have worked very hard to pay bills on time etc and this really hurt me financially. We are senior citizens perhaps he should have asked did we want to switch financiers.

Purchased 2022 Nissan Pathfinder end of November. Drove 7 months, had occasional problems with lift gate and then it quit working. Sat on their lot for 6 weeks, waiting for part that might repair the problem. Couldn’t drive it due to sensor blaring. Weekly update was basically no end in site and Nissan was no help either.
