I was sold an unsafe vehicle and it had been in a previous wreck and was not told about it There are a few panels on the car that are a lighter shade than the rest of the paint on the car

I got a used car Friday the 28th and the engine check light was on so so I was told to pick it up Monday.well that didn’t go well.they had it All weekend and come to find out that the salesman didn’t tell service what was going on and now It’s Monday and I have to get off work because of this.if I am that important? So no I will not recommend if this is how you are treated

Was happy with them until recently, we took our 2015 Altima to them because my airbag light came on, and had a recall on the hood latch, they replaced the hood latch and told me the airbag just needed reset but told me i needed a new transmission, I did not notice any problem but was going to drive to key west soon and decided to go ahead and do it, it was 600 miles outside of the extended warranty ( they know this is an issue so should have been recalled) they agreed to split the cost with me, I picked up my car after repai... read more

I have has nothing but issues since I purchased my car in December. Check engine light was on when I came to look at it. Which should have been my red flag not to purchase, but I was ensured that it was the timing chain and that it would be replaced before I was handed over the keys. almost 2 weeks of waiting I came to pick it up and the light was off so I figured I was in the clear. Only to have it break down on me by February and into the shop in which come to find out it was the timing chain needing to be replaced AGAIN!... read more

they can start by not lying about their vehicles.they told us that the car was in A1 shape. that was their exact words. on the way home the dashboard lights lit up like a Christmas tree the brakes were bad the back hatch wouldn't even open we bought this on a night where it was really bad and rainy we couldn't go out and check it. the weather was cold we took their word for it paid over five thousand dollars for it and 04 Mitsubishi Milano. Very nice to deal with with two exceptions, bought a 2021 and found out no owners Manuel reached out to them and no response as well as no second set of keys. Kind of unheard of. I live over 100 miles and can’t just run back over, sent message no response.

Drove 45 minutes across Indianapolis to look at a van THEY called us about. Finally get there, get salesman Myran who was an a$$ from the start, and then was told the vehicle THEY CALLED IS ABOUT was in service for the next 3 days. SalesMan had no clue about the other vehicles last caller had informed us about. Not a very cool gimmick to get you on to their sales floor. I wouldn’t buy a cup of coffee from this place.

I recently purchased a 2020RAV LE last week of March of 2022 from Andy Mohr of Avon. My total out of pocket was $40,000. Andre was super in the financial department. My sales person was Bobby he was extremely polite kept asking what he could do to earn my business. We completed the sale & as we walked out the door to get into car he handed us the keys to our new vehicle. SURPRISE!!!!!! ONLY ONE SET OF KEYS!!!!!
