Wasn’t looking forward to a 2 am ER visit for my 14 year old fur baby, but felt immediate comfort in the reception and care received. Chou Chou is now home recuperating and hopefully will be back to himself in a few more days. Thank you Dr. Ruby and staff.

Had to take my 16 year old Dachshund who wasn’t eating and barely drinking to Animal Emergency. The staff and Dr Ruby were all great. My Scar was dehydrated and needed fluids and antibiotics for possible infection in her mouth. The place is super clean and I was treated with care when I had to ask the difficult questions about my ailing dog. I was already very upset over the unprofessional treatment I received at my prior vet. So having to take her somewhere else in the most time of need and receiving the compassion I needed... read more

They are great. Helped both of my animals .
My Chihuahua, Calli, was losing weight. On Monday I took her to my veterinarian and they ran some tests and told me to get her to Animal Emergency Hospital right away. We didn't wait very long and Calli was quickly evaluated and a treatment plan was presented to me. Calli was in a diabetic ketoacidosis crisis. She was a very sick little girl but she didn't present with classic symptoms . We had no idea she was diabetic. Although I cried because I had to leave her they told me i could call and visit as much as I wanted to.... read more
