The staff was wonderful and caring. They worked quickly to diagnose my baby boy and discussed options for an overnight stay or at home care.
Can't thank this team of people enough! This was our second visit, for different reasons, but my pet was their first priority. They really care and it shows. There is a comfort when you arrive and you know your baby is in excellent hands! I will use them again and again. Plus they are linked with our normal vet for record transfers. I've gone to other emergency vet hospitals in the past and all they wanted was my money before treating the pet. It's not like that here. Friendly, loving and knowledgeable staff.
I just saw a memory on facebook of my cat being at this facility a few years back. I was overwhelmed with appreciation and thought I'd leave a review. The staff from front desk to techs to vets were too of the line. They were kind, compassionate, and so empathetic. My regular vet refused to see my blocked cat so I high tailed it to this ER immediately. Their quick intervention saved his life and saved him from long term complications. I had to put my precious puppy down yesterday. He was a Pit-Lab and was 14. Everyone was very knowledgeable. The vet was wonderful and explained everything to me. They were genuinely concerned and made the process very easy. And...they put up with my grieving. I was not good. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
