Our precious Evie got transported here from our vet after a spay gone terribly wrong. This hospital was very honest and upfront with us about Evie’s condition. They peacefully put her down to rest and sent her out to be cremated. They called us immediately to let us know her ashes were ready to be picked up, and they even sent us a card offering their condolences. It’s kind gestures such as these that make this horrible loss a little bit easier to endure. Thank you for everything you have done for Evie and my family.

I would never take my animals to another hospital. I have never had a bad interaction in your office. And you have taken care of several probably around 4 of my animals. The care and compassion I received was amazing and top notch. Even when I called at 3 am because after all they are my babies. I was never talked down to or brushed off. Thank you for the excellent care you have given all of my babies over the years �.

We can not say enough positive remarks about The Animal Emergency Hospital staff and facility. We brought our boy Bentley (cat) for a bladder full of crystals, they immediately took him back and examined him and prepped him for his procedure. The techs and vet kept us informed with everything that was taking place. We were able to see him after recovery and we never felt rushed to leave. I wanted to thank Dr. Walter (and staff) for her compassionate care of my friend Bushy early on 7/15. It was easily the worst night of my life, losing someone I loved so much, and Dr. Walter's kindness made it a little bit easier to bear.

A few years ago I went to the Animal Emergency Hospital and I will never forget it . It was in the middle of a blizzard and close to midnight. The front desk staff was very quick and professional but most of all they were caring . My 19 yrs old calico (Patches) had to spend the night to be monitored. Of course I was devastated to leave her , she had gone blind from high BP.
