While trying to buy my house I had several setbacks, Anna Eng did a wonderful job keeping in touch with me until the closing date.

The docs section needs actual examples of the docs, and links of where to get them. It is not enough that PennyMac requests a VA document. State the actual official document name, and include a link of where we can go as layman to download or request them!
The loan officer used improper income to qualify me for the loan, the processors were did not follow up with updates as promised.

Awesome customer service
The entire appraisal process was very frustrating. Both my agent and I had to check in on time sensitive updates regarding the appraisal to find out that progress was made and we were not notified. Every piece of information that we were informed about throughout the loan process was prompted with either a phone call or email by my agent or myself. Be diligent with timelines and having clear communication to manage expectations would have been appreciated.
