Communications were not very good, I've had to follow up multiple times to receive an answer, I've had to call over and over to ask my questions, appraisal delayed my closing by over two weeks, closing was scheduled then rescheduled without checking with me if I can attend, closing documents were not accurate at the end, and I was not sent the final closing documents, I had to call my closing attorney and find out what the final payment due from me was.
