Anna Eng was awesome she exceeded my expectations. My closing date was moved up a week and I had to stay in a hotel. It was a unexpected cost but Anna got me extra funds to compensate. Anna informed me every step of the way in regards to all the documentation. If I couldn't reach Anna rather than leave a voice mail Pennt Mac provided a team for me to correspond with. I love Penny Mac, Anna Eng and the Penny Mac Team! A+++

Anna was awesome! I had anxiety throughout the process and she was always responsive, informative, patient and always pleasant.
I already expressed my disappointment in the last survey I completed, so refer to that. Anna was horrible, and I won’t be recommending PennyMac to anyone. The only reason I went with PM and not the builder’s preferred lender is because of my previous loan experience with this company, and Nathan Reidel stayed in touch with me.
Closing was on time everything was explained to me with great professionalism.
Everything went smoothly and Anna was a pleasure to work with!
