On the evening of 12/12/2015, my Cane Corso Armani was having problems breathing and collapsed. I then noticed his stomach was extremely large & I suspected that he had bloat ( Gastric Dilation Volvulus). My wife & I rushed him to AAVEC where we were helped by the wonderful staff on arrival. Dr. Kim was the veterinarian who examined my dog and she confirmed that he did indeed have bloat. I have had to go there twice for different dogs. My Arty didn't make it but the hospital staff did everything they could to make him comfortable until the end. My experience could not have been made pleasant no matter what what but the entire staff was compassionate and helpful through the process. After I lost Arty they sent condolences and handled his ashes with respect and love.

We came in here last night as our dog began frantically clawing at his face we were unsure what happened but nothing would calm him down. We, equally as frantically came running in carrying him and the staff couldn't have been any nicer, calm cool or collected. There was a stick stuck up in his gums. Our total visit took MAYBE 5 minutes. The doctor and nurse were awesome and I wish I would have gotten their names. Thank you ladies.
