Unfortunately, I had a bad experience this last time around. The place is an assembly line. Dr. Eisenhower was incredibly rude when I voiced a concern about not being comfortable at discharge - instead I was accused of being “anxious”. She spoke with a condescending tone as If the fact that my dog not eating and having bloody diarrhea post surgery was normal. For Christ sake I’m paying you thousands of dollars -do your job. Unfortunately not what I imagined my experience. I dropped off my puppy, Rainn, at 2AM to have her checked out. Rainn had been experiencing a small fever and symptoms such as coughing,wheezing,and nausea for about 4-5days. At 7AM I received a call from the hospital to confirm that Rainn was a little warm but apparently was not showing any of the other symptoms. They could let you know before you are charged for them. They could address your animal before putting in a cage for six hours ect..... To many issues to say. They never called and checked how the animal was since left!
RecommendedThey have helped to revive my little shitzu who has heart issues twice. Excellent communication and doctors. I drive from the Delaware beaches as we don’t have any specialist care and the vets are unavailable for months.
RecommendedI’ve been to this clinic twice in the last year with my little 9 year old Shitzu Buffy who was born with mega esophagus. These dogs die from aspiration pneumonia. Sarah ? Tech? Was fabulous and compassionate as I was so worried about my dog; Dr Cusack was phenomenal as I’ve been through this before - very reasonable and great plan for Buffy - listened to me regarding her past medical care. Buffy is doing great after being diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia . Thanks to a very caring staff

I would not recommend this clinic. We took our extremely ill dog there this past Monday 5/17/2021 and was made to feel like we neglected to take care of him and caused him to be very ill. In the time of need, we felt we were treated as if we were slum pet owners. We were heartbroken to see our dog so sick and we being treated unkind on top of a very stressful situation. Very expensive! Fluid X-rays and an over night stay $1200. The vet was nice over the phone when we spoke but communications were limited. Staff was not friendly and when we tried to call and check on our pet we were rudely told this is not how it works you have to wait for the vet to call you. My dog went in for possible obstruction and when he was released they could not even tell me if he had a bowel movement. I feel like they stuck him in a cage for 24 hours and did little else. I had a horrible experience here just yesterday 5/17/21. when I dropped my cat off the vet tech picked up the cat carrier (fabric cat carrier not hard plastic) and the carrier flipped so it was on the front and my severely sick cat was squished to one side when she is already nervous as is. I brought my cat in because she was vomiting blood mixed with bile (around 1/2 cup each time) and I showed the vet and wet tech pictures of the vomit.
