Do not take your animal here for an emergency! They will die before even getting seen. Took my cat in for a bad allergic reaction. His face was double the size while trouble breathing out of his nose. They put me in a room at 9:30pm and at 11:55pm no one had even come to check on him. no doctor, no assistants...no one. Upon walking out and telling the front desk how upset I was, she looked at me like I was crazy. This place does NOT take pet care seriously. I called to see who was in charge the last on the phone had no clue and said National Veterinary Association and put me on hold forever.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... All they saw where $$$$$$ signs when I took my Shepherd there😡😡😡😡

We arrived and were quickly placed into a room. Waited. Waited and waited some more. 1 1/2 hours go by with no one. Not a single person came in to talk to us. Triage or evaluate our dog. Not one person to even say that we haven’t forgot about you, we are busy. Nothing. Went to nurse walking hallway and asked if they forgot about us. Says we are on “the doctors list!” Well. I want to thank AAVEC for all their help with my lab Delta and her two puppies. Another clinic told us we were going to have to operate on our dog to have healthy puppies because 2 wasn't enough and they wouldn't come out and would die. Although I did not have to bring our dog for an emergency C-Section (because I chose not to have the procedure done with out letting her try natural) it was your guidance and support that helped us all thru what was a routine delivery.
